Application These conditions apply whether a contract has been made orally or in writing.

Use of the vehicle Unless previously agreed by the company, the vehicle is not available for the renter’s use other than for established routes and times.

Driver’s hours and rest periods The schedule agreed with the Company for the operation of any employee(s) must be observed (except in the case of serious emergency or distraction) so that the regulations in force regarding hours and rest periods of the driver must be fulfilled. The company reserves the right to restrict or alter any rental, which does not comply with relevant regulations.

Number of seats You cannot carry more passengers than the maximum number indicated.

Confirmation Normally, the company’s written confirmation is the only basis for acceptance of the rental or subsequent alteration of its terms. Your reservation is not complete until you receive your copy of the written reservation confirmation.

Cancellation by tenant 7 days before the service at no cost, between 7-4 days before the service 20%, between 4 days and 24 hours before the service 50%, less than 24 hours before the service 100%.

Cancellation by the Company In the event of any emergency, force majeure or any action by the lessee to vary the conditions agreed unilaterally, the company may, by returning all amounts paid and without further or other liability, cancel the contract.

Variation of route and time In the event that a vehicle is stopped by the renter or taken on a trip longer than the contracted trip, the company reserves the right to make an additional charge to the costs incurred. During hiring, the driver must be the judge of any request for a route or time change. In any case, when the vehicle(s) leaves at the agreed time the company will not be responsible for any damage or loss suffered by a passenger who does not join the vehicle at the appointed time.

Waiting times Drivers will under no circumstances wait for renters or trip members who fail to arrive at the agreed time. Drivers will wait a maximum of five minutes whilst attempting to contact the hirer and if the hirer or trip members do not appear during this period, the driver will continue to the next appointment and the booking will be charged.

Flights When making a reservation with arrival or departure from the airport, please enter the flight number on the reservation so that we can resolve delays and changes to flights.

Vehicle change The company reserves the right to provide a larger vehicle than specified at no additional charge unless the additional seats are used. The company reserves the right to substitute other vehicles of similar quality, including those of other operators, for all or part of the contract.

Breakdowns and delays The company advises the travel time in good faith but does not guarantee the completion of the trip at a specific time and will not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience due to breakdown or delay.

Passenger properties Unless previously agreed with the company, the driver has the discretion to transport and store passengers’ property. The company is not responsible for any damage or loss of property belonging to passengers that is left in the vehicle. All lost items recovered from vehicles will be taken to the warehouse where the vehicle is located. Renters should be reminded that theft from unattended minibuses is on the rise and items should not be left on the seats of the vehicle when it is unattended.

Passenger conduct The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle. Any passenger whose conduct constitutes a violation of the rules will be exempt from the driver’s authority. The renter will be responsible for the conduct of the passenger and for any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers during the rental. The company is not responsible for any damage or loss to any passenger during entry and exit from the moving minibus.

Soft drinks / Alcohol Under no circumstances may alcoholic beverages be consumed in the vehicle without the company’s permission. It is also illegal to carry or consume alcoholic beverages on a minibus going to or coming from sporting events and permission cannot be given under any circumstances. Other than in a vehicle expressly equipped for such purpose, food and drink, except small confectionery items (such as sweets and chocolate), may not be consumed in the vehicle without the consent. prior feeling of the company or the driver.

Smoking We have a NO SMOKING policy in all our vehicles without exception.

Regulations of the driver’s work/rest periods The lessee agrees to comply with all requirements and regulations that may affect the trip in some way and especially the regulations regarding driving hours. The Minibuses Please note that our minibuses are 7 meters long and 2.5 meters wide. This means that some places are not accessible to our vehicles. In this case we advise ensuring a pick-up and drop-off service that can be accessible.

Share location Some villas and locations in Ibiza can be difficult to find due to lack of proper signage. In this case, we recommend that the renter add the maximum number of details to the reservation to share the location with the driver assigned to the reservation through WhatsApp or we recommend downloading the Waze application.

Passenger conduct We will not tolerate any abusive behavior towards our staff at any time, any such incident may result in the immediate cancellation of the requested service and you may lose the deposit you have paid. The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle. Any passenger whose conduct constitutes a violation of the rules will be exempt from the authority of the driver. Prices We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice; You are advised to confirm the cost at the time of making your reservation.

Animals No animals will be transported in any vehicle, except guide dogs.

Surcharges We reserve the right to charge a surcharge for any dirt or damage to our vehicle caused by the renter
